Instructions:

Knead a dough from butter, salt, flour, yogurt, sugar and 3 tablespoons of cold water and put to cool for 30 min. In the meantime, cut broccoli into small roses, peel and chop shallots.

Sauté both in hot oil, add a small amount of water and cook on low gas flame with lid closed until soft. Chop the nuts. Spread a greased quiche dish (0 26 cm) with the dough. Drain broccoli and spread evenly on the dough with the nuts. Mix salt, eggs, milk, pepper and nutmeg and pour over it. Top with cheese slices.
