For the heart ravioli, sift the flour into a bowl, make a well in the center, add the egg, salt, oil and water and slowly work into the flour.
Knead the dough on a board until smooth, cover and let rest for about 30 min.
For the filling, mix ricotta, parsley, egg yolk, salt and pepper.roll out the dough, cut out hearts with a heart ravioli cutter, place the filling in the center, brush the edge with water and close with second heart.
Cook in salted water for 8-10 minutes.
