For the pasta with crayfish, finely dice the onion and sauté in olive oil until golden. Finely chop the garlic and fry briefly. Add the crayfish and fry briefly.

Deglaze with a dash of white wine. Coarsely dice the beef tomatoes and add them to the onion. Let simmer for a while – but make sure that the tomatoes do not completely boil over.

Season with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano and basil. If the tomatoes are too acidic, you can soften them with a pinch of sugar.

Cook the pasta and drain.

Arrange the pasta nest on the plate. Pour a ladle of sauce on top and serve the pasta with crayfish.
