Instructions:

For the spicy pasta salad, cook the pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain, rinse in cold water and let drain.

Wash apples, cut into quarters, remove core and chop into cubes.

Cut radicchio into leaves, wash, spin dry and cut into strips. Wash tarragon, shake dry and chop. Finely chop scallions and chili.

Mix tarragon, cottage cheese, walnuts, noodles, spring onions, chili and apple cubes.

Stir a dressing from grape juice, sunflower oil, walnut oil and raspberry vinegar and fold into the pasta salad.

Wash the peaches, cut them into wedges and decorate the spicy pasta salad with them.
