For baked cheese cubes cut cheese into 2 cm cubes. Salt the flour and coat the cheese cubes evenly in it. Beat the egg, salt and mix in the chopped dill. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the cubes in the egg mixture until golden brown. Remove the cheese cubes with a perforated scoop, drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with the carrot-nut spread.
