For the egg hearts, hard boil 4 eggs in water.

Briefly place the boiled eggs in a bowl of cold water and peel.

Fold a piece of cardboard in half to make a V. Place the hard eggs lengthwise in the crevice, place a wooden stick on top of the eggs, press it lightly and secure it on both sides with a kitchen rubber so that the stick indents the top of the eggs without hurting them.

After waiting about 15 minutes, remove the rubber bands and cut the egg hearts apart in the middle, or serve sliced.
