Instructions:

Bring the beans, which have been soaked overnight, to the boil in a pressure cooker and cook until they are soft.

Heat the fat in a large frying pan and briefly fry the finely diced bacon, finely diced garlic and finely diced onion.

Dust with flour. Season with salt, paprika, marjoram, deglaze with vinegar, add water.

Stir well and bring to a boil, or simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring repeatedly. Then mix with the beans (including water) and finish cooking for about 15 minutes.

For serving, refine with sour cream or creme fraiche.
