Instructions:

Rinse fillet. Dry. Cut coarsely into cubes. Heat light butter. Brown meat quickly. Dice peeled onion. Add to the meat. Also add the seeded peppers cut into strips. Sprinkle with a hearty pinch of sugar. Stir. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika. Steam with the saucepan closed. Cut the peeled tomatoes into quarters and add them just before the end of the cooking time (15 min).
