A simple but delicious cake recipe:
1 pinch of grated orange peel Grease for uers baking tray Yield: For the glaze.
Knead a firm dough from sifted sugar, flour, almond kernels, orange peel, butter and egg yolks. Let rest for one hour until chilled. Roll out the dough to a thickness of half an inch. Cut out crescents with small ramekins and bake on a greased baking tray in a heated oven at 175 °C (gas: level 2) for about 12 minutes. Mix sifted powdered sugar with juice until creamy, color, glaze cookies with it, dry and wrap between parchment.
