Cut veal into strips about 3 cm long and 1 cm thick. Season with bell pepper and paprika powder. 2.

Peel and finely dice the shallots. Clean mushrooms and cut into thin slices.

Season veal with salt and fry in 2 portions in 2 tbsp. oil each in a very hot coated frying pan until golden brown on all sides. Immediately remove from the frying pan and place in a colander. Collect the pan juices.

Sauté the shallots and mushrooms in the same frying pan with 1 tbsp. oil and extinguish with the white wine. Boil the white wine completely, then add the veal cream sauce and the collected gravy and season with salt and pepper.

Add the veal to the sauce, let it boil again, add the parsley and serve it on the spot.

Serve with potato rösti.
