For the spring herb soup, chop the onion and garlic and sauté in Rama Culinesse, then add the vegetable soup. Stir in the Qimiq Sauce Base and bring to the boil until the desired consistency is reached.

Pluck the herbs (washed and dried) from the stems and place in the blender jug – add the soup (not too much at a time so that it does not overflow during blending) and blend. Empty back into a soup pot, heat again briefly and season the spring herb soup with salt and pepper.
