Instructions:

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the dough.

Mix flour with starch and baking powder and fold into the mixture.

Pour the dough into a greased, rolled-out cake tin.

Cover with cherries and bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 35 minutes.
