Instructions:

First, mix curd, egg, flour, butter, salt and knead into a dough.

Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and flatten each one. Place a piece of chocolate in the center and completely cover with the curd dough.

Bring water to a boil, then turn down a bit so it simmers gently.

Carefully place the dumplings in it and let them steep in it for about 10 minutes. They are done when they float to the surface.

For the breadcrumbs, melt the butter in a pan. Mix the crumbs with cinnamon and toast them in the butter.

Roll the chocolate dumplings in the crumbs and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
