Cut the cheese into sticks, 3 cm long, 1 cm thick.
Mix flour with 1 beer, egg, salt and pumpkin seed oil until smooth. Beat snow from 2 eggs, fold in carefully.
Dust cheese sticks with paprika, dip briefly in batter. Bake in a saucepan with hot oil for a few minutes, remove and drain.
