For the crispy potato cubes, wash the potatoes, dry them and cut them into approx. 3×3 cm cubes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees convection and line a baking tray with a permanent baking foil or baking paper.

Mix the potato cubes in a bowl with the vegetable oil and some salt and then spread them on the baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, turning the potato cubes in between, until they are crispy and lightly browned.

Add salt if necessary and serve the crispy potato cubes with ketchup.
