For the Raffaello popcorn, prepare the popcorn in the microwave according to package directions. Stir to dissolve the white chocolate in a water bath at low temperature.
Mix in the ground coconut flakes. Place the finished popcorn in a bowl and pour the dissolved coconut chocolate over it. Then mix well.
