Instructions:

Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté together in a little butter or oil until light.

Soak the bread cubes in milk.

In a suitable bowl, mix the minced meat with the sautéed onions, the squeezed bread cubes, eggs, salt, pepper, marjoram, nutmeg and parsley and form into small loaves with wet hands. If the mixture is too soft, bind it with breadcrumbs.

Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the loafs in it on both sides (or fry only briefly and finish in the preheated oven).
