Instructions:

Dough: Beat the eggs with sugar and water until the sugar is gone, then fold in the flour and baking powder. Put everything into a cake springform pan (26 cm ø) lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes.

Topping: Boil water, 150 g sugar and Grand Marnier (add at the end) in a saucepan and cool. Soak the sponge cake base in the cooled water mixture and place in a glass bowl so that the bottom of the baking dish is completely covered.

Beat 6 yolks until creamy, add a tbsp. of sugar gradually, then fold in the mascarpone. Spread this amount thinly evenly on the sponge cake base and spread it smoothly. As a last step, spread the raspberries evenly on the quantity and decorate with finely chopped pistachios.
