For the bean gröstl, boil the potatoes with skin until done. Remove the ends of the beans and cook them in a pot with water (about 8 minutes).

Fry the onion and the bacon cubes in a pan with oil. Peel and slice the potatoes and add them, as well as the beans.

Sauté everything and season with salt, pepper, parsley and the caraway seeds. Finally, pour the whisked eggs over the gröstl and let the bean gröstl fry.
