Instructions:

Remove the skin from the cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, cut into strips, season with salt, leave for one night. Rinse raisins hot, drain cucumbers, cut chili peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds, layer cucumbers, raisins and chili peppers in a clean jar. Boil vinegar with water and honey, pour over cucumbers. Seal jar and infuse for at least 3 days. Keep cool.
