For the banana curry soup, fry the finely chopped onions in butter and add curry powder and pepper.
Mash the bananas with a fork and add them as well, add salt.
Prepare 1 l of vegetable soup, add 750 ml of it and let it simmer.
Remove from heat and blend with a hand blender. Add the rest of the soup, stir in whipped cream and season again.
Before serving, slice a banana and add to the banana curry soup.
