For the lemon tiramisu, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until they turn white, then gradually add half of the sugar and beat until firm. Beat the yolks and the other half of the sugar until foamy and stir in the mascarino. Carefully fold in a small portion of the egg whites and only then fold in the remaining whites.

Squeeze 3 lemons and mix the juice with Limoncello. If this is too intense, you can dilute with a little water.Now dip the biscuits in the juice, soak briefly and put a layer in a container. Put a layer of the mascarino cream on top and spread it nicely. Now layer again biscotti, then cream and again biscotti. Finish with the cream.

Put the lemon tiramisu in the refrigerator for a few hours. Before serving, cut a lemon into thin slices, garnish the tiramisu with them and sprinkle with a little sugar.
