For the avocado cream, cut open the avocados, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

Place the avocado flesh in a food processor with the yogurt, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice and blend until a fine cream is formed.

Season to taste with salt and chili powder.
