Babi Pangang: ‘Babi’ = pork, ‘Pangang’ = grilled.
Mix all ingredients of the marinade, marinate pork tenderloin in it for one hour.
Preheat stove to 220 °C, grill pork tenderloin for about thirty minutes until tender.
For the sauce: bring soup to a boil, add ketchup, as well as ketjab manis, sugar and djahe. Make three min, then thicken with cornstarch.
Serve: Thinly slice meat, place on a bed of finely chopped white cabbage and baste with sauce. Serve with long grain rice.
