Put the sliced bacon in a fireproof dish.
Dice the sausage, grate the potatoes, onions and garlic, mix them together with beaten eggs, salt, pepper, flour and enough marjoram.
Pour half of the mixture into a gratin dish, place two thirds of the sausages cut into slices on top and add the rest of the potato mixture.
Bake in the oven at 220 degrees. After 1 hour, spread the remaining sausage slices evenly on the surface and continue baking for 1 to 1, 5 hours.
Serve: Traditionally apple compote and a clear, or possibly just as a leaf salad.
Good luck and bon appétit.
Our tip: Use a bacon with a strong flavor – so you give this dish a special touch!
