For the Halloween cookies, mix all ingredients into a smooth shortbread dough. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
Then roll out the dough thinly and cut out circles. Bake at 180 °C hot air for approx. 10 minutes until light.
For the decoration, mix confectioners’ sugar with lemon juice to make a smooth icing, set some aside and mix orange food coloring into the rest.
Decorate the cooled Halloween cookies as desired.
