For the Minute Steak with Banana Curry, first season the steaks on both sides with paprika, salt and pepper. Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and sear the steaks in it for 1 minute on both sides.
Peel the banana and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Place the steaks on a heated plate.
In the same frying pan, melt the remaining butter, stir in the curry, add the banana pieces and crème fraîche and heat well for 1 minute.
In the meantime, toast the toast.
