For the cheese noodles, first boil the noodles in enough salted water until al dente, then strain and set aside.

Now for the sauce, heat about 70 ml of water in a saucepan and add the cheese wedges to the boiling water. Break them up well with a wooden spoon and stir everything until creamy. Season with salt, the bouillon cube and caraway seeds.

Fold the finished noodles into the sauce and let everything sit for about 10 minutes until the cheese noodles are nice and creamy.
