For the soup with spleen slices scrape spleen, season with salt, pepper and marjoram.

Chop the onion, press the garlic and sweat it with the chopped parsley in the fat. Allow to cool slightly and add to the spleen with the eggs. Cut the rolls in half and slice three times. Spread the spleen mixture on it and put it together again. Turn in pancake dough and fry in hot fat.

Let the spleen slices cool and cut into slices on the narrow side.

Serve in clear soup.
