Split the celery stalks into sticks (do not cut out the leaves), rinse them thoroughly and place them drained in a tall glass. Make a creamy dip with the juice of one lemon, mayo or crème fraîche and the nuts. Spread a glass bowl with lettuce leaves, pour the dip on it and offer it with the celery sticks. At the table
