For the caramel baskets, melt butter and glucose (do not allow to get too hot). Sift confectioners’ sugar, add to butter and stir until smooth. Sift flour in the same way and stir into the mixture. Chill for 3-4 hours.

Heat oven to 170 °C. Form walnut-sized balls. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Since the mixture will begin to melt and spread in the oven, do not place the balls too close together.

When the mixture is golden brown, remove the tray from the oven. Let cool briefly (about half a minute) and then place over a glass with a spatula/pallet. Let cool and remove the caramel baskets from the glass.
