Instructions:

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together well. Cut away about a quarter of the top of the bread as a lid. Carefully scoop out the bottom part with a pointed kitchen knife. Remove the crumbs in one piece, cut into cubes and roast in the stove until crispy. Spread the hollowed out bread with the lettuce leaves. Cut off all ingredients and mix with the toasted bread cubes. Pour vinaigrette over it and mix everything together well. Fill the leaf salad into the hollowed bread, garnish with the chive rolls, put the lid on and bring to the table.
