Instructions:

Mix a marinade of rosemary, garlic, chili and olive oil.

Divide the fish into portions and marinate for at least 120 minutes.

Remove the skin from the onion, cut the bell pepper in half, remove the core and cut everything together into cubes of about 1 cm, likewise the tomatoes.

Fry the marinated fish in batches on both sides (you don’t need additional oil for frying) and remove repeatedly.

In a saucepan with a little of the marinade oil, sauté onions until translucent. Add the peppers, tomatoes and chili, fry a little, add the tomato juice and bring to a boil. Add the fish pieces and simmer for about five minutes. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir in the freshly chopped kitchen herbs and bring to the table.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
