For the wholemeal tuna spaghetti, chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, oregano and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the whole wheat spaghetti in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Add the tuna to the tomato sauce and mix in the remaining herbs.

Strain the spaghetti and dress with the tuna sauce, serve with Parmesan cheese.
