Instructions:

Mix the meat with sherry, mustard and herbs.

Also, carrots, zucchini cut into strips, mushrooms finely. Chop onions and parsley. Place meat slices on a board, overlapping slightly, cover with vegetables, roll up and tie.

Brown the roll on all sides, add water or sherry. Cook in a heated stove at 180 degrees for about 90 minutes. Baste with gravy.
