A bean recipe for every taste:

In a wide skillet, heat the clarified butter. Brown the minced meat, crushing the nodules with the frying ladle.

Add the pepperoncini, onions, garlic and chilies and fry for five minutes, stirring frequently. Dust with the flour, mix and briefly pull. Add diced ham, diced tomatoes and a little water. Meanwhile, stirring frequently

Cook for twenty minutes until almost all the liquid has evaporated. Then add capers, olives and vinegar. Season with a little salt and pepper from the mill.

Meanwhile, carefully remove the skin from the vegetable bananas without damaging the flesh. Cut the bananas very carefully lengthwise into narrow (3-4 mm) strips: the strips are only thin enough when they can be bent. If necessary, carefully peel off a little more with a peeler. Form rings of approx. 5-7 cm ø from the banana pieces and fix them with a wooden stick.

In a pan, deep fryer or possibly Reindl the frying oil to about

180 degrees. Bake the banana rings for two to three minutes and place them on a paper towel to drain.

Fill the rings with the meat mixture. Mix the eggs well in a shallow baking dish. Using two spatulas or possibly cake lifters, form the rings in the egg, turn them to the other side and then carefully slide them into the frying oil. Bake in oil for about three to four minutes, turning once to the other side.
