Instructions:

Soak the rolls in water. Cut bacon into cubes. Peel and chop onion. Clean, rinse and finely dice ge. Fry bacon. Add onion and vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes. Cut cheese into cubes. Mix minced meat, well squeezed egg, bread, cheese, vegetables and spices. Season to taste. Fill meat dough into a greased roasting pan and smooth it down. Bake in a heated oven (electric oven: 200 degrees / gas: level 3 / convection oven: 180 degrees) for about 50 minutes. Cover with parchment if necessary. Turn out minced terrine and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Garnish with carrot slices. Serve with mustard.
