For the cashew cookies, chop the chocolate coating and cashews into small pieces. Beat egg with sugar and butter until foamy. Mix flour with baking powder and salt.

Mix flour mixture with the couverture and nuts into the sugar foam. Using two teaspoons, place mounds of dough on three baking sheets lined with baking paper, they melt right.

Bake at 170 degrees hot air for about 10 to 12 mimutes. The cookies are soft when hot, but become crispy when cooled.
