Instructions:

For the turkey steaks, cut the meat into slices. Fry in hot oil for 5 minutes. Season and remove. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Clean and chop the mushrooms. Steam both with broccoli in the frying fat for 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons water and cheese and season.

Dice tomato and mix in. Put everything into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake under the grill.

Arrange the turkey steaks and serve.
