Instructions:

First separate the eggs.

Beat butter and yolks until fluffy.

Mix vanilla sugar and powdered sugar and add to the butter mixture together with the lemon zest.

Mix the curd until creamy and gradually stir into the butter mixture.

Mix baking powder and starch flour and sift together with the flour. Mix briskly into the butter mixture.

Finally, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in gently.

Butter and flour a cake pan and pour in the batter.

Bake the curd cheese cake in the oven preheated to 160 °C for about one hour.
