A cake recipe for all foodies:
Beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk until creamy, then add the rusk-cinnamon, almond kernels, breadcrumbs and cloves and the cherries. Pour the batter into a cake springform pan greased with butter and sprinkled with crumbs. Bake the cake at a moderate temperature (1 hour). After cooling, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
