For the herb lemon trout with baked potato preheat the oven to 180 °C. Wrap the raw, washed potato with skin in aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven. Bake for about 45 minutes.

Wash the trout inside and out and pat dry with some kitchen roll. Season it with salt, pepper, the juice of one lemon, the pressed garlic clove and the herbs inside and out.

Slice one lemon and spread it on the inside and outside of the fish. Prepare an aluminum foil and rub it with butter, place the seasoned fish on it.

Add the fish with the foil, after 15 minutes with in the tube, so that it is still cooked for about 30 minutes. Mix a dip from yogurt and sour cream with the 8 herbs, salt and pepper and arrange it draped on the foil potato with the fish.
