Chocolate Cake without Egg

For the chocolate cake without egg, mash the bananas. Cream soft butter with powdered sugar and bananas, mix in flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured springform pan. Bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 30-40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool and remove from the pan.

For the chocolate glaze, melt butter with cooking chocolate, spread jam on the cake and cover the chocolate cake with melted chocolate without egg.
