Instructions:

For the cream of onion soup, cut onions and bacon into noodles and sauté in oil until translucent. Dust with flour and pour in soup, cook for about 5 minutes.

Blend vigorously with a hand blender. Remove soup from heat, mix milk, yolk and cream, and stir into soup, do not boil anymore.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
