Instructions:

Trim the skin from the duck breasts and remove any tendons. Cut the meat into very fine strips and turn it to the other side in a small amount of flour.

Seed and chop the chili peppers. Coarsely chop the garlic cloves. Quarter peppers, remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Cut spring onions into fine rings.

Heat oil in a frying pan, season meat with salt and pepper, fry briefly in hot fat and remove. Add vegetables to frying pan and stir-fry for 3 min. Add sugar and extinguish with soy sauce and water.

Add meat to the frying pan with the peanuts, basil and coriander and heat.
