A more wonderful asparagus recipe:

Rinse the asparagus spears, peel off the bottom third, chop the ends. Cut the asparagus tips into small pieces and set aside. Cut the asparagus spears diagonally into 1 cm long pieces and cook them in boiling hot salted water for 6 minutes, add the asparagus tips after 3 minutes. Rinse the asparagus stalks with ice cold water and drain.

Mix the goat cheese with oil, salt, pepper and thyme. Put some asparagus tips aside, mix the rest of the asparagus with the olives into the goat cheese.
