For the orange-apricot cream, thinly peel the orange peel with a peeler and put it in a pot. Fillet the rest of the oranges and add the fillets to the pot as well.

Add the dried apricots to the oranges in the pot and cover everything with water. Cook without the lid for about 15 minutes. Stir in the sugar and continue to cook over low heat until the liquid is absorbed and the apricots are soft.

Let the apricot-orange mixture cool and then puree with a blender. Add the orange liqueur and mix in. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the cream.

Chill the orange-apricot cream before serving.
