Instructions:

For the vegan banana slice, first finely grind nuts, pitted dates and maple syrup in a food processor for the base. A sticky mass should result. Spread the mixture in a baking pan lined with baking paper and press it flat, spreading the base with jam. Place the peeled bananas, cut in half lengthwise, on top.

Mix the soy milk with the agar agar and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, simmer for about 1 minute and then add the yogurt, vanilla pulp and maple syrup.

Empty the yogurt onto the bananas and smooth. Refrigerate for several hours.

Sprinkle the vegan banana slices with cocoa powder just before serving.
