For the vanilla berry trifle, first prepare the vanilla cream. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt and vanilla sugar until creamy.

Carefully stir in the whipped cream. Divide half of the berries among the glasses. Break the biscuits into pieces.

Mix milk with Cointreau and soak half of the biscuits in it and also distribute in the glasses.

Put 1 spoonful of cream on each. Repeat everything again. Cover the glasses and leave to infuse in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours!

Before serving, decorate with berries and mint leaves!
