Instructions:

For the minced roast with potato and veggie salad, first prepare the minced roast.

Mix the minced meat with spices, egg, chopped onion and pressed garlic. Spread the olive oil in a baking dish and form the meat mixture into a patty.

Spread the diced bacon around the roast in the mold. Divide the soup cube, also spread it around the roast and then add about 1/4 l of water.

Roast the roast in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 1 hour. During the roasting process, pour in the roast’s own juices several times, adding a little water if necessary.

For the potato salad, boil the potatoes, strain and let cool. Put the sliced potatoes in a bowl, add the chopped onion and the marinade of vinegar, oil, salt and sugar, stir and season with pepper.

Wash the lettuce leaves, put them in a bowl and spread the marinade of vinegar, oil, sugar and salt on them and stir.

Arrange the minced meat with potato and lettuce salad on plates and garnish with sliced tomatoes.
